HP PSA provides cloud-based software designed for Managed Service Providers. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity occurring under your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All content, branding, features, design, and functionality of HP PSA are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
Use of HP PSA may require a paid subscription. All fees are billed according to your selected plan. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. We may update pricing with prior notice.
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may temporarily impact service performance.
Your use of HP PSA is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in that policy.
HP PSA may connect with third-party services (e.g., RMM tools, accounting platforms). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or data loss related to those third-party systems.
HP PSA is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every business use case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HP PSA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

Thank you for choosing High Performance PSA (“HP PSA”). We strive to provide exceptional value through our software platform and services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions, payments, and add-on services.
Because HP PSA is a subscription-based SaaS platform with immediate access to software, infrastructure, and resources, all payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated below.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.
If you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Annual plans offer discounted pricing and are billed upfront.
Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused periods.
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
Once the trial converts into a paid subscription, fees are non-refundable.
If you believe you were billed incorrectly:
We will review the request and correct any verifiable billing mistakes.
Fees for upgrades, add-ons, onboarding, or consulting services are non-refundable, as resources are allocated immediately upon activation or purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellations prevent future charges but do not trigger refunds for past payments.
